Learning and training for local & regional people and businesses, ranging from entry level courses to honours degrees, including full-time & part-time courses, apprenticeships and work based learning. Excellent facilities & exciting new ones; the first phase of our rebuild on schedule for September 2006. Specialist workshops and salons where you are trained by tutors from industry to get you the skills employers need and want.

A further education college that has a major focus on vocational provision covering subject areas: Administration; Business; Care - Early Years; Care - Health & Social Care; Computing & ICT; Construction; Engineering; Entry Level; Hair & Beauty; Hospitality & Catering; Interior Design; Sport; Travel & Tourism; Teacher Training & Technical Services (incl plumbing, electrical installation etc).

The College also has a growing Higher Education (HE) provision to allow learners to study up to Honours Degree level. Covering areas such as: Business; Computing; Construction; Early Years/Childhood Studies; Education; Engineering; Health & Social Welfare; New Media Design & Technology; Sport; Travel & Tourism.

HE qualifications include B.Eng (Hons); Foundation Degrees; Higher National Diplomas (HNDs); Higher National Certificates (HNCs), National Vocational Qualifications Level 4 (NVQs); Higher Professional Diplomas & more.
