Bee Pollen
A popular nutritional supplement thought to build the immune system and provide energy for the entire body. Bee pollen contains protein, carbohydrates, fatty acids, minerals and vitamins. It is high in B-complex and vitamins A, C, D, and E. It also contains lecithin, beta-carotene and selenium. An excellent source of antioxidants.

Celery Seed
Native to Southern Europe believed to diffuse through the system a calming influence.

Chicory Root
Native to Europe and Asia, Chicory’s roasted root has been used as a coffee substitute while the bruised leaves have been used as a poultice for relief of swelling and inflammation. In the 1970s it was found that the root contains up to 20% inulin. New strains have been created, giving root chicory an inulin content comparable to that of sugar beet.

Chinese Pearl Barley
Found in tropical regions worldwide, Chinese pearl barley has a use history that spans 2000 years. Possesses qualities similar to oriental ginseng. Believed to promote urination, strengthen spleen, and eliminate pus, and alleviate rheumatic pain.

Chinese Rose Hip
Native to China and Japan, these highly valued rose hips are rich with bioflavinoids, plant acids and nutrients. Rose hips are sometimes eaten, mainly for their vitamin C content. They are usually pressed and filtered to make rose-hip syrup.

Dandelion Root
Known for its strong roots, Dandelion root is believed to stimulate digestive functions. Considered by many as an excellent cleansing tonic for the liver.

Fenugreek Seed
Mainly found in the Middle East and Mediterranean, Fenugreek seed is one of the ancient traditional plants with records of use dating back to ancient Egypt. Modern research has shown fenugreek seeds to lower serum cholesterol, triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein in human patients and experimental models of hypercholesterolemia.

  • 5 Thank you!

I first started taking Intra 2 ½ years ago, I wasn’t actually ill – just suffering from the wear and tear of being 22 years old, and having spent many years driving 30,000 miles per year. I had general aches and pains, particularly my back and legs which was very uncomfortable. After two weeks of taking Intra I noticed an immediate improvement in my flexibility and joint movement. It’s wonderful to feel fit and well and to be free of aches and pains. I don’t take any prescribed medication, and I haven’t needed to see my doctor for a year. I highly recommend Intra to anyone suffering with joint stiffness or pain.

  • 5 Fantastic

I am a cross-country runner and Intra has given me the vital energy boost I need when I’m training at intense levels. In my opinion any professional sports person or serious athlete should take Intra. I’m getting good results and I know it’s totally natural and safe for me to use. It’s a great endorsement to Intra’s quality and integrity that it has been inspected, passed and assured as a legal drug free energy supplement safe for athletic use. It’s reassuring that it has been certified by the Biochemistry Department of Köln Sports University and could be used by Olympic athletes. For me it’s pure energy in a bottle. As well as being an effective tool whilst training at intense levels, I also found Intra to be superb for recovery and relaxation after strenuous workouts. If anyone suffers with low energy levels or is stressed they should try Intra. In the past I’ve tried loads of energy drinks and supplements but felt no real effect.
