The Company

Hi, we are James and Judith Ruddick of Ruddick Garden Gifts Ltd. James has been in the landscaping and gardening business for over 20 years and I worked in retail for over 10 years so with this mix we felt the next step was to open our very own online gardening gift shop.

The idea for our shop stemmed from the fact that I was looking on the internet for a gift for James who loves his own garden and found very few websites and those I did find were very complicated to use. So we decided to set up our own website and make it really clear and simple for everyone.

We have carefully selected a unique and useful collection of products for the garden and home. If like us you treat your garden like another room of your house then we are bound to have something that will appeal to you. Whether you're looking for an outdoor clock or ornament or seeds for your garden or tools to make the job less stressful, then we have it all. If you need a gift to say “thank you" or a special occasion gift, then we can help.

As well as our garden we love dogs! So check out our funny dog ornaments that not only would look good in your home but can stay outside too. We even have something to help all you dog owners out there keep your lawn green and fresh looking rather than burnt and brown after your pet has relieved itself!!

Gardening Gloves

Our best selling gloves are the soft n care flora range which come in different sizes and three different colours. We also have the soft n care landscaping range again available in various sizes and colours. These gloves fit your hands perfectly, are durable and machine washable.

Flower Seeds

We are proud to now stock Mr. Fothergill's flower seeds. We have a wide variety from lobelias and sweet peas to foxgloves and sunflowers so why not try them out we have and are delighted with the results. All information is given on the packets. We also have some seed boxes from Sophie Conran and Nova Flora.

Bird Feeders

Here you will find some fun, practical and downright wacky ways of feeding the birds in your garden! From feeding logs and contemporary bird feeders to apple feeders and the extremely popular bird feeder!

Gift Sets

We have some great Heathcote & Ivory gift sets from hamper sets and journal sets to footcare and hand care sets for gardeners. We also have some fabulous gift sets made up of Bergamot fragranced products. We have a metal trug set, a metal pail set and a twin pail set. Each set is crammed full of brilliant products that the hard working gardener needs after a long day outside. And of course, once the products have been used you are left with a handy container to use or plant up!

Bird/Insect Houses

Here you will find a mix of practical and fun bird and insect houses for your garden. We have traditional style bird houses, more contemporary ones, houses for bees, butterflies and ladybirds as well as ones that you can build and paint yourself.

Here we have everything from luxurious scented candles and reed diffusers to quirky and decorative tea light holders and from metal wall plaques to doggy ornaments.

Outdoor Clocks/Thermometers

Here we have a range of beautiful clocks & thermometers that can go either inside or outside the home. There is a range of handpainted bird clocks as well as more traditional style clocks and thermometers and even thermometers that the kids will love!
